Roofing in Phoenix, AZ
A roof problem in the valley is usually a small leak that waited too long. Ocotillo Ridge Roofing does repairs, replacements and free inspections on tile, shingle and flat roofs. Call (480) 555-0178 and we will get on the roof and show you photos of what we find.
Jobs from around the valley
Real job photos outperform stock every time. Swap these as you go.

Underlayment replacement — Chandler
Tile looked fine from the street; the underlayment beneath it was done. Lifted and relaid the existing tile to keep the cost down.

Flashing leak traced — Tempe
Ceiling stain was three metres from the actual entry point, around a vent flashing that had opened up.

Post-monsoon repair — Mesa
Cracked tiles and a lifted ridge after a storm. Photographed for the insurance claim before anything was touched.
Services
Everything Ocotillo Ridge Roofing handles. If you do not see what you need, call (480) 555-0178 — we will tell you straight whether it is something we do.
Roof repair and leak tracing
A stain on the ceiling is almost never directly under the hole. We trace where the water actually enters — cracked tile, failed underlayment, a flashing joint that opened up around a vent — and we photograph it so you can see what you are paying for. Most repairs are a single visit.
- Cracked and slipped tile
- Failed underlayment
- Flashing and vent leaks
- Ceiling stain tracing
Roof replacement
Underlayment is what actually keeps water out in Arizona, and it has a shorter life than the tile sitting on top of it. When yours is done we can often lift and relay the existing tile instead of buying all new material, which is a meaningful difference in price. We pull the permit and haul the tear-off away.
- Tile lift and relay
- Full underlayment replacement
- Shingle and flat roofs
- Permit and tear-off haul
Free roof inspections
Worth doing before monsoon season and after any storm that threw debris around. We walk the roof, photograph anything that is starting to go, and tell you how much life is left. If nothing needs doing we say that — an inspection is not a sales visit.
- Pre-monsoon inspection
- Post-storm inspection
- Photo report
- Remaining-life estimate
Why people call us back
The things that actually matter when you are picking somebody you have never used before.
You call and we come look
Free inspection, no obligation. We get on the roof rather than guessing from the driveway.
You see photos of the problem
You get pictures of the actual failure point, not a description. If you want a second opinion afterward, you have the evidence to get one.
You get a written price
Repair or replacement, itemized, agreed before work starts.
We do the work and clean up
Tear-off hauled away, magnet run over the driveway for nails, and we tell you what to watch for in the first heavy rain.
About Ocotillo Ridge Roofing
Ocotillo Ridge Roofing has been on valley roofs for 22 years. Most of what fails out here is underlayment, not tile — the sun cooks it from underneath while the roof still looks fine from the street.
We photograph every problem before we quote it, so you can see the failure point yourself and take that evidence to another bidder if you want to. Nobody should buy a roof on trust alone.
If the roof has life left, we tell you that and leave. Free inspections stay free whether or not you hire us.

Questions we get asked
Still not answered? Call (480) 555-0178 and ask a person.
How do I know if I need a repair or a whole new roof?
It comes down to the underlayment, not the tile. If the underlayment is failing across the whole roof, patching one spot just moves the leak. We will show you photos and tell you which situation you are in.
How much does a roof repair cost?
Typical repairs run $180 – $850 depending on what failed and how much of the roof has to come up to reach it. You get the number in writing before anything starts.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential replacements run 1 – 3 hours. Weather and permit timing can move that, and we tell you if it does rather than leaving you wondering.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. Storm damage is often covered, and our inspection photos are what the adjuster will want to see. We can walk you through what to file.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes, and it is free whether or not you hire us. If the roof is fine we will tell you it is fine.
