Concrete in Phoenix, AZ
Concrete is one of those things where the prep you cannot see decides whether it cracks in three years. Redstone Concrete Co. pours driveways, patios, walkways and slabs across the valley. Call (480) 555-0193 for a free estimate.
Jobs from around the valley
Real job photos outperform stock every time. Swap these as you go.

Driveway replacement — Gilbert
Old slab out, base properly compacted, joints cut to plan. The previous one had none, which is why it cracked across the middle.

Patio extension — Chandler
Extended to the property line with drainage pitched away from the house. Broom finish to match the existing.

Slab lift — Mesa
Settled joint raised rather than torn out. Fraction of the cost of a new pour.
Services
Everything Redstone Concrete Co. handles. If you do not see what you need, call (480) 555-0193 — we will tell you straight whether it is something we do.
Driveways and approaches
Tear-out of the old slab, proper base compaction, correct thickness for vehicle weight, and control joints cut where the concrete is going to want to crack anyway. Skipping the base is how you get a driveway that fails early, and it is the part nobody sees on the quote.
- Tear-out and base prep
- Correct thickness for vehicles
- Control joints cut to plan
- RV and equipment pads
Patios, walkways and slabs
Extensions, RV pads, shed and equipment slabs, and paths that actually drain away from the house instead of toward it. We can finish broom, smooth, or with color and stamp if you want it to match something existing.
- Patios and extensions
- Walkways with proper drainage
- Broom, smooth and stamped finishes
- Color matching
Repair, resurfacing and lifting
Not everything needs replacing. A slab that has settled at a joint can often be lifted rather than torn out, and surface spalling can be resurfaced. We will tell you when a repair is the right call, because a pour is the bigger ticket and you should know both options.
- Slab lifting at settled joints
- Surface resurfacing
- Spall and crack repair
- Honest repair-vs-replace advice
Why people call us back
The things that actually matter when you are picking somebody you have never used before.
Free on-site estimate
Concrete has to be measured in person. We come out, measure, and talk through thickness, finish and drainage.
Written scope and price
Including the base prep and the joint plan, so you can compare our quote against another one honestly.
Prep, form and pour
The old slab comes out, the base gets compacted, forms go in, and we pour. Most residential jobs are 1 – 3 hours on site.
Cure and follow-up
We tell you exactly how long to stay off it — foot traffic and vehicle traffic are different numbers — and we come back to check the joints.
About Redstone Concrete Co.
Redstone Concrete Co. has poured concrete around the valley for 25 years. The part that decides whether a slab lasts is the base prep and the joint plan — everything you cannot see once the pour is done.
That is exactly why we itemize it on the quote. If another bid comes in lower, you can look at both and see what got left out rather than guessing.
When a repair beats a replacement we say so, even though the pour is the bigger ticket for us.

What customers say
Paste real reviews from the Google Business Profile. The placeholders show the length that reads best — short.
Explained why the old driveway cracked — no control joints at all. New one has them cut properly.
Lifted our settled patio slab instead of tearing it out. Saved us a fortune and they suggested it, not me.
Only bid that broke out the base prep. Made it obvious what the cheaper quotes were skipping.

Questions we get asked
Still not answered? Call (480) 555-0193 and ask a person.
How much does a concrete driveway cost?
It runs on square footage, thickness and how much tear-out is involved. Typical jobs land in $180 – $850. The estimate is free and itemized.
How long before I can drive on it?
Foot traffic is usually a day or two. Vehicles want considerably longer — we give you the exact date rather than a vague “about a week,” because driving on it early is how you crack a new slab.
Why did my last driveway crack?
Almost always base prep or missing control joints. Concrete is going to move; joints decide where it cracks so it cracks in a straight line you cannot see instead of across the middle.
Can you match my existing concrete color?
We can get close. Exact matching to concrete that has been in the sun for years is not realistic, and anyone promising it is guessing. We will show you samples first.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, where the city requires one. It is included in the scope so it is not a surprise line later.
