Services
Everything Dry Creek Landscape handles. If you do not see what you need, call (480) 555-0136 — we will tell you straight whether it is something we do.
Yard cleanups
Overgrown grass, weeds through the rock, dead palm fronds and the pile of clippings afterwards. We cut it back, haul it away, and leave the yard looking like someone lives there. Most cleanups are a single visit, even the bad ones.
- Overgrown yard cleanups
- Weed and debris removal
- Palm frond removal
- Everything hauled away
Regular maintenance
Mowing, trimming, blowing and weed control on a schedule so it never gets back to the state it was in. Most yards are every two weeks in summer and monthly in winter. Same crew each time, so you are not re-explaining the property.
- Bi-weekly and monthly service
- Mow, trim, edge, blow
- Weed control
- Same crew each visit
Irrigation repair and installs
Drip line is the thing that fails quietly out here — a cracked emitter kills a tree over a couple of months and you do not notice until it is brown. We find the breaks, replace heads and valves, and set the timer for the season it actually is.
- Drip line repair
- Valve and head replacement
- Timer set for the season
- New irrigation installs

About Dry Creek Landscape
Dry Creek Landscape has maintained desert yards across the valley for 11 years. Gravel, drip line and desert plants need a very different rhythm than the lawns most crews are trained on.
We price flat, not hourly, so a job that runs long is our problem rather than a bigger invoice. Everything we cut leaves with us — no pile at the curb for you to deal with.
Scheduled service is month to month. If we are not worth keeping, you should be able to stop without an argument.

What customers say
Paste real reviews from the Google Business Profile. The placeholders show the length that reads best — short.
The yard had not been touched in two years. One visit and it looked like someone lived here again.
Found a cracked drip line that had been slowly killing our mesquite. Would never have spotted it myself.
Texted photos, got a flat price back the same day, no site visit needed. Easiest quote I have ever gotten.

Questions we get asked
Still not answered? Call (480) 555-0136 and ask a person.
How much does a yard cleanup cost?
It depends on lot size and how far it has gone. Typical cleanups run $180 – $850. Text photos to (480) 555-0136 and we can usually price it same day without coming out.
How often should a desert yard be serviced?
Most valley yards want every two weeks through the growing season and monthly through winter. Gravel yards with a few trees can go longer. We will tell you the honest interval rather than the expensive one.
Do you haul away what you cut?
Yes, always, and it is in the price. Nothing gets left bagged at the curb for you to deal with.
Do you fix broken sprinklers and drip line?
Yes. Irrigation repair is most of what saves a yard out here. We do repairs on their own or as part of a maintenance schedule.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Scheduled service is month to month and you can stop it whenever.
